NO RETURN/ EXCHANGE OF ITEMS UNLESS IT IS FOUND AND DOCUMENTED AS DEFECTIVE/WRONG PRODUCT DELIVERED FROM OUR END.

- Eligibility for RETURN/EXCHANGE:
- Only if product delivered is wrong or has any defect/damage upon receiving the parcel.
- Product should be unused, unwashed and brand tags intact.
- The concern for return/exchange has to be clearly documented with videos/photos to raise the issue.
- OPENING VIDEO OF PARCEL IS MANDATORY. KINDLY DON'T EDIT THE VIDEO OR TAMPER IT. THE VIDEO SHOULD BE SHOT IN A SINGLE TAKE AND E-MAILED TO US FOR CONSIDERATION.
- Process:
To initiate a return/exchange, email us at [email] with your order details and reason for return with proof of reason, as and how mentioned above.
- Refunds:
- NO MONEY REFUND POLICY IS PERMISSIBLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
- THE AMOUNT SPENT IN CASE OF PRODUCT RETURN WILL BE ADJUSTED AS STORE CREDIT WITH A NEW PURCHASE.
- Exchanges:
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If unavailable, store credit will be issued.
